Further to my communication of 8th January I can now confirm that Mul-T-Lock UK will be relocating from our Northamptonshire base to our Portobello site in Willenhall, West Midlands. This logical move will allow us to further utilise our resources and help to keep a control of rising costs in an increasingly competitive market place.
 

The relocation will be rolled out in three controlled phases. The Customer Services team will be based in our new offices from Monday 18th May; the Assembly and Warehouse teams will relocate between Monday 1st and Friday 5th June. During this time we will be closed for all Mul-T-Lock, Nemef and Corbin transactions; including Order Entry (which will finish at 12:30 on Friday 29th May), Assembly and Dispatch this will be due to a Stock Take. However the Customer Service Office will remain open during these dates to deal with any enquiries.
 

Order Entry, Assembly and Dispatch of the above branded products will resume on Monday 8th June. We anticipate that all Ex Stock products should be dispatched within 24 hours, and we envisage that any Work to Order products (excluding Master Key suites) will require approximately 48 hours before dispatch.

All Chubb, Yale and Ingersoll transactions will continue as normal during this time.
