Mul-T-Lock Cylinder Platforms

This is a high security system which presents a hybrid electromechanical locking solution. It is the ultimate synergy between the reliability of mechanical keys and cylinders and the programming sophistication and flexibility of electronic locks.

Each key is cut with an individual combination. The keys incorporate 2 high precision floating pins which interact with spring loaded pins in the cylinder plug. The effect is to produce a “virtual combination” when the key is inserted into the lock. The key and cylinder system are patent protected.

Mul-T-Lock has integrated this innovative locking system with ASSA ABLOY’s CLIQ technology. This technology is based on highly miniaturised data encryption electronics which can be embedded directly inside the key and the cylinder.

This customisable system is very intelligent and flexible.

The CLIQ key contains a unique electronic ID code that can’t be duplicated, altered or corrupted. The key is battery powered and serves as the power source for the cylinder system too.

No wires are used making installation very easy.
The system comes with software which offers various programming functions and data capture.
