  • This scheme is open to customers who hold a Mul-T-Lock direct account
  • This scheme is only open to customers on standard trade terms
  • All prizes are subject to availability
  • All prizes shown are a general representation and do not necessarily represent actual products the recipient may receive
  • All order values are Standard Net Prices unless otherwise stated
  • Mul-T-Lock standard terms and conditions apply
  • All orders are subject to VAT
  • Recipients are responsible for any personal taxation on gifts received through this or any promotion
  • All requests for redeeming points and claiming prizes will only be dealt with within the 1st 2 weeks of the claim months of August, November, February and May
  • Mul-T-Lock aims to process and dispatch all requests for prize claims within 1 month of receipt
  • If points are not claimed within 1 calendar year of registering for the loyalty scheme, then points earned within the 1st quarter will be cancelled and only the last 3 quarters points will roll forward to the new year
  • Points earned are on a rolling 4 quarters basis
  • Mul-T-Lock reserves the right to change points allocations and prizes against which points are redeemable at any time and without further notice
