Mul-T-Lock MT5® System High Security
Mul-T-Lock high security cylinders have a unique telescopic pin tumbler mechanism with internal
and external pins. Both the internal and the external shear lines must be aligned simultaneously in
order for the plug to rotate. Mul-T-Lock new cylinder platform, the MT5 raises security to new and a
higher levels.
KC-5 key cutting machine
The KC-5 key cutting machine is the latest innovative machine from Mul-T-Lock.
Designed to be portable, this compact machine is simple to use and will handle all Mul-T-Lock keys.
MT-5 keys can be cut using the Customer’s own magnetic strip security card.
Compact II
The Compact II is a high precision key cutting machine fitted with carbide tip cutters for fast and accurate production of new Classic and Interactive® keys to a required combination.
The machine is set to the desired combination, taken from the key registration card and then the keys are cut one side at a time. Therefore, 2 different combinations can be cut on a single key blank.
The Full Size Key Cutting Machine
The Full Size Key Cutting Machine is produced from anti-corrosion treated cast iron.
The Full Size machine is a high precision key cutting machine fitted with carbide tip cutters for fast and accurate production of new Classic and Interactive® keys to a required combination (code machine).
As with the Compact II, the machine is set to the desired combination, taken from the key registration card and then the keys are cut one side at a time. Therefore, 2 different combinations can be cut on a single key blank.

The Compact 7X7 key cutting machine is a high precision key cutting machine fitted with carbide tip cutters for fast and accurate production of new 7X7 and Integrator® keys to a required combination (code machine).
