1. Who do I contact about Yale products?

3. What products does Mul-T-Lock sell?
- Mul-T-Lock sells 6 brands into the locksmith and specialist installer and Architectural Ironmongers market. We sell Mul-T-Lock, Chubb Locks, Yale, Nemef, Corbin and Ingersoll Security branded products.
The ranges of products vary by brand but include cylinders, padlocks, lock cases, alarms, safes, multi-point locks, vehicle locks, digital locks, keys, master key suites and additional door and window security items.

5. I have an account with Mul-T-Lock. Who is my sales representative?
- the Mul-T-Lock team, together with the sales representatives for each area can be found in the About Us section of this website
6. Do I have a different sales representative for Yale or Chubb Locks?
- no. You have 1 sales representative for the 6 product brands we sell; Mul-T-Lock, Chubb Locks,
Yale, Nemef, Corbin and Ingersoll Security.
7. How long will my delivery take?
- if the item is in stock, then we aim to dispatch same day if your order is received before 12.30.
8. How do I know if an item is in stock?
- one of our customer service representatives will be happy to advise you of stock availability. Alternatively, if the item is a Mul-T-Lock product then our 2008 price list denotes if an item is stocked “S”, non-stocked “N” or assembled (work to order) “A”.
9. I want to be included on your Locksmiths Directory
- please email enquiries@mul-t-lock.co.uk and we will deal with your request.
10. I ordered a Chubb Locks item and a Mul-T-Lock item but they came in 2 separate deliveries.
- Mul-T-Lock is part of the ASSA ABLOY group which has several sites across the UK. Mul-T-Lock is based in Corby. The Corby site dispatches Mul-T-Lock, Corbin and Nemef products. Most of the Chubb Locks, Yale and Ingersoll products are held at our warehouse in Willenhall, West Midlands.
11. Can I order UNION products from Mul-T-Lock?
- Mul-T-Lock and UNION are separate businesses even though they are both owned ASSA ABLOY. You need an account with UNION to order product from them.
12. Who do I speak to about opening an account with Mul-T-Lock?

13. I used to have a Chubb account but now I deal with Mul-T-Lock, why?
- Chubb Locks merged into the Mul-T-Lock business in January 2006. All of the Chubb accounts are now dealt with by the Mul-T-Lock team.
14. How do I get hold of promotional material for my shop?
- please send an enquiry to enquiries@mul-t-lock.co.uk or call you sales representative who will be able to give you more information about what is available.
15. I want to be kept informed about new products and promotions.
- visit the home page of this website or the bottom of any page and sign up for offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
16. How do I order literature?
- please send an email to enquiries@mul-t-lock.co.uk stating your requirements.
17. Who does Mul-T-Lock sell to?
- Mul-T-Lock is the Locksmith Channel partner and our customer base consists of Locksmiths, Architectural Ironmongers, Specialist Security Installers and some Wholesalers. We do not sell direct to the public.
18. I need to get a key cut but the key says “Do Not Duplicate”. What does this mean?
- Mul-T-Lock sells patented key systems. To protect your security, we only authorise certain key cutting outlets to cut duplicate keys. Please visit your local locksmith with your keycard to get a new key cut.
19. How do I find who is my local locksmith?
- visit the Locksmith Directory section of this website, type in your postcode, search and hey presto a list of Locksmiths in your area will appear.
20. When does Mul-T-Lock open?
- our office hours are 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday.

- the MLA, Master Locksmiths Association is a not-for-profit organisation
23. Is Mul-T-Lock a member of the MLA?
- Mul-T-Lock is an affiliate member of the MLA. The MLA licenses its approved companies through strict vetting and regular assessments, in order to ensure quality of service and provide peace of mind to the end customer.
24. What other organisations does Mul-T-Lock work with?
- Mul-T-Lock supports the GAI, Guild of Architectural Ironmongers.
